MANI
Questions, answered
What is the free lesson?
Pick one of three lessons, leave your email, and you get that complete lesson, no card, nothing charged, no trial started. If you want the rest, the 7-day free trial opens all 27 day-one lessons.
Will you email me a lot?
No. You get your lesson, and occasional emails from Ani about the programme. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
How much does it cost?
Your first 7 days are free, then it’s one membership with two billing choices: $25/month, or $199/year (which saves $101 over a year of monthly). Same content either way, nothing else to buy. You add a card when you join, and nothing is charged until the free week ends.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Account → Manage subscription → cancel, entirely self-serve. That includes the free week, in which case you’re never charged at all. After cancelling you keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for: the rest of the month on monthly, or the rest of the already-paid year on annual.
Is this medical treatment or physical therapy?
No. MANI is general fitness and wellness content, not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. If you’re pregnant, recently postpartum, or have a medical condition, check with your doctor first; the full health disclaimer is linked below.
Why do some lessons say “coming soon”?
Lessons unlock on a schedule that follows the method’s order: Modules 1, 2 and 4 from day one, Module 3 opens with its warmups on day one and keeps unlocking through week 6, Module 5 from week 4; your library shows the exact date for each.
What devices does it work on?
Any modern browser: phone, tablet or computer. There’s no app to install; your phone is enough for every lesson.
How do I sign in? I never set a password.
There are no passwords. Enter your email and we send you a one-time sign-in link. Open it in your regular browser (Safari or Chrome) and you’re in.
What equipment do I need?
Almost none to start: the breathing work needs only you. A few later lessons use simple, inexpensive items; the Equipment lessons in Module 1 walk through exactly what and why.
What about refunds?
The free week exists so you can try everything before paying, on either plan. After that, charges are generally non-refundable, but if something clearly went wrong, email support and we’ll look at it case by case. Cancelling an active annual plan keeps your access until the end of the already-paid year rather than triggering a partial refund. The full policy is linked below.
