Try it free first

Every new membership starts with a 7-day free trial — you can explore the program fully before you're ever charged. Cancel any time during the trial (Account → Manage subscription) and you won't pay anything at all.

Charges and refunds

Because the trial lets you evaluate the membership before paying, subscription charges are generally not refundable. That said, if something clearly went wrong — for example you meant to cancel and a renewal caught you by surprise — email us and we will look at it case by case.

Cancelling

You can cancel anytime via Account → Manage subscription. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

When a refund is granted

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
