Where it comes from
“I’ve been using this practice for 20 years now.” This isn’t a program assembled for sale — it’s the practice I’ve lived through three births and recoveries, taught the way I actually do it. The same mechanism — the lymph-node concentrations, the diaphragm as a pump — comes up again and again across the lessons, because it’s how the method actually works, not a marketing line.
You’ll also see me teach on a real body in real time — checking in with a live participant, not demonstrating to a camera.
The five modules, slower
Module 1 — Turn On the Pump
Everything starts with the pump. Vacuum training, straw breathing, balloon breathing, diaphragm practice — the mechanism is taught as a repeatable, checkable skill, one lesson at a time. Nothing else is asked of your body yet.
Module 2 — The Method, Explained
Three short lessons that set the frame: how to follow the program, what equipment you need (almost none), and why the order matters. Watch these before pushing hard.
Module 3 — Build on Cleared Ground
Strength work begins — on ground the breathing work has cleared. The warmups and stretching here are available from day one on purpose: order matters, but nothing released is ever locked away from you.
Module 4 — Maintain the Pump
Daily smart-fitness routines that reuse the Module 1 technique under load: lymphatic drainage, posture, morning routines. This is where breath and strength become one system.
Module 5 — Drain + Build, Daily
Ready-made workouts that combine drain and build in single sessions — the maintenance phase you live in, at your own pace.
New lessons unlock on a schedule that follows this order — Modules 1–3 from day one, Module 4 through weeks 2–4, Module 5 from week 4. Not because we’re holding content back, but because the order is the method.
