Terms of Service

1. The service

MANI Membership is a subscription video service offering guided fitness lessons focused on breathing, pelvic floor work and strength (the “Service”). The Service is provided by MANI (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or purchasing a subscription you agree to these Terms.

We also offer a free lesson: you choose one of the lessons we make available, leave your email address, and receive access to that single lesson through an account created for you. The free lesson is part of the Service and these Terms apply to it; no payment details are collected and no subscription is started unless you choose to subscribe.

2. Accounts

You sign in with a one-time email link. You are responsible for keeping access to your email inbox secure: anyone with access to your email can access your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

3. Subscription and billing

The Service is sold as an auto-renewing subscription, billed by our payment processor, Stripe, either monthly or yearly depending on the plan you choose. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period (each month or each year) until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the Account page (“Manage subscription”); after cancellation you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Prices may change; we will notify you before any change affects your renewal.

4. Refunds

Our refund policy is described on the Refund Policy page and forms part of these Terms.

5. Content and acceptable use

All lessons and materials are our intellectual property and are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not download, re-record, share, resell or publicly present the content, or share your account with others.

The free lesson is licensed under the same personal, non-commercial terms. We may change which lesson is offered free, or modify or withdraw the free offer at any time, without affecting paid subscriptions.

6. Health notice

The Service provides general fitness content, not medical advice. Your use of the Service is subject to the Health Disclaimer, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Changes and contact
